Police charged a man with the murder of a missing 28-year-old woman Monday morning.
David Malone, 29, was arrested on Nov. 18. Police believe Malone killed 28-year-old Samantha McNorton of Sunset.
Authorities found a body on Nov. 18 on County Road 2535 and Greenwood Road in Decatur. The body had tattoos similar to the ones on McNorton, but positive identification has not been made.
McNorton had been missing since Nov. 2.
Malone is being held in the Wise County jail on a $2 million bond.
