Nearly 150 units will march in Downtown Dallas Monday morning for the annual Veterans Day Parade. The parade is scheduled to begin at 11:20 a.m.

Thousands are expected to line the streets of Downtown Dallas on Monday morning for the annual Veterans Day Parade.
According to the organizer's website, the morning's events will begin with the official ceremony in front of Dallas City Hall at 11:00 a.m.
The parade will begin at approximately 11:20 a.m. The route will start at Union Station at Houston and Young Streets. The parade will proceed North to Main Street. It turns east on Main to South Ervay Street. Participants will march south on Ervay Street to Young Street. It will wind around a review stand in front of Dallas City Hall.
The 2012 them is "Honoring the Doolittle Raid." The event on April 18, 1942 was the first U.S. air raid to strike the Japanese home islands during World War II.
